Are the clothes in good condition?

Yes, we carefully inspect each item and ensure that they are in good condition before listing them on our website. We try to pick only the best quality items to list. However, as they are second-hand, minor signs of wear may be present.

How do you determine the condition of the clothes?

Our team thoroughly examines each garment, checking for any marks, stains, or damage. We take detailed photographs and provide accurate descriptions to give you a clear understanding of the condition. We aren't perfect and sometimes things are missed in which case we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?

As a not-for-profit company we do have to keep an eye on our outgoings, this is why in the case of just a change of mind we don't currently offer returns.

How often do you update your inventory?

We continuously update our inventory with new arrivals. You'll find fresh selections of second-hand clothes on our website regularly, so be sure to check back often.

Do you clean the clothes before shipping? 

We don't have the facility to launder clothing before they find a new home, but we would not sell any item that did not meet our expectations.

Can I find designer or branded clothing on your website?

Yes, we frequently have designer and branded clothing available in our inventory. We strive to offer a diverse range of high-quality second-hand garments for our customers.

What sizes do you carry?

We aim to cater to a wide range of sizes. Our inventory typically includes various sizes, from small to plus sizes. Each item's specific size is mentioned in the product description.

Do you offer international shipping?

Can I collect from you directly?

Yes of course! We encourage people to collect locally where possible not only to save yourselves delivery but this is also the more environmentally conscious choice rather than postage.

What size is the mannequin used?

We all know clothes sizing is a minefield so we have provided approximate sizes of our mannequin to help you judge. Often we try to take measurements but sometimes it can prove a bit difficult. Please get in touch if you are interested in something and need some reassurance.
